1 cup flour
A pinch of salt
½ cup of cornstarch
2 cups of a plant-based unsweetened drink
*optional vanilla extract
Time to whisk! The batter should have a runny consistency and then you let it sit for 30 minutes.
Then fry in a hot pan. Voila! You have it, lovely crepes to impress all your new friends.
Garnish with seasonal berries, whipped cream or powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
